Insta/Vent™

Insta/Vent Shield 4207The Insta/Vent™, a single tube system, is still available and continues to effectively create a great image in 2 to 3 minutes.  Since the Insta/Vent™ utilizes the same nebulizer as the Insta/Vent™ Plus, it also requires 40 mCi of Tc-99m-DTPA in a maxium volume of 2 mL. The same shield is used either for the Insta/Vent™ or the Insta/Vent™ Plus systems.  The Insta/Vent™ is available with  the MP500 Safety Shield™ mouthpiece (“scuba style”)or a face mask. Also Medi/Nuclear™ manufactures a Ventilator Kit that fits into the Insta/Vent Shield. Please see the section on Ventilator kits for more information.
